We have a library of floor plans ensuring you are presented with as much choice as possible. The lodges are built to order so we can take into account any special needs in terms of how everything is laid out.
Designs are flexible so whether you want something major such as a wall moving to accommodate a king size bed, or extra electrical outlets, or even if you want to design a lodge from the floor up – we can accommodate you.

All Sitka luxury timber lodges are offered at competitive prices and come with the highest specification as standard, such as a natural slate roof, cedar cladding and external doors and windows made from Accoya wood boasting industry leading U values for levels of insulation.
We tailor our lodges to suit your requirements. However, if you want to design your own, creating something completely bespoke and unique, that’s fine by us! If not, we can talk you through one of our existing designs, adjusting it to fit your needs perfectly.

Together we look at the plots available and choose the one which best suits your needs, size, views, privacy, sunrise and sunset advantages etc are things to take onto consideration. then we get Sitka involved to design a floorplan which complements your chosen position, respecting the aspects you’ve considered above. Sitka have many floorplans as examples but are happy to work with you to develop a bespoke design to meet your requirements.
All have private decking, double glazing, central heating and optional wood burning stove, perfect for cosy nights in or balmy nights sitting out. With our 52 week season, this really is a park where you can enjoy the best of all seasons. A real retreat for those wishing to have a home away from home.
