About the Park

Sandgate Country Park is family owned and managed. We see this as a perfect diversification to complement our successful farming business and the surrounding area.

The park has been created from the ground up. We have given an enormous amount of thought as to the design and layout giving you the customer various options as to the situation and size of your lodge.

The park itself is carefully landscaped so different sizes of lodges are practically concealed by trees and shrubs, and separated by generous grass areas.

The lodges are at the heart of the Sandgate Development and that's why we have paid attention to the finest of details.

Each lodge can be tailor-made to your own specification. Creating a lodge should be a lifestyle choice so whether you are choosing a handmade kitchen or a state of the art whirlpool bath/shower the decisions are firmly in your hands. The lodge should be a statement of you so that's why you can choose the flooring, furniture, curtains, lighting, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.

Creating something to suit you...

We have a library of floor plans ensuring you are presented with as much choice as possible. The lodges are built to order so we can take into account any special needs in terms of how everything is laid out.

Designs are flexible so whether you want something major such as a wall moving to accommodate a king size bed, or extra electrical outlets, or even if you want to design a lodge from the floor up - we can accommodate you.

Quality Guaranteed....

The lodges are built by time served craftsmen, so it's easy to understand why each lodge is draped in quality truly making it a "home from home". The fact that even the carcasses in the kitchen cupboard are made by hand stands testament as to the superior quality in every lodge. Window sills, skirting boards, doors are handmade in real wood. If you feel that a quality product built to superior standards is important then we are confident and proud to say we have found the craftsmen to make them for you.
